- Our consultant Pediatric pulmonologist Dr. Manoj Madhusudan performed a life saving procedure in a child with foreign body aspiration. The 2 year old kid who had a cardiac arrest and was on ventilator, was extubated following the procedure and was discharged in 2 days

- Milestone at RK Hospital! We successfully removed our first esophageal foreign body in a toddler. A 1.5-year-old who had accidentally swallowed a coin was treated at our center. Under C-arm guidance, the coin was retrieved from the mid-esophagus using a rigid bronchoscope and telescopic forceps. The procedure went smoothly, and the child was discharged in stable condition.

- Our consultant Pediatric pulmonologist Dr. Manoj Madhusudan was part of a CME on asthma conducted at Maa Kauvery, Trichy on 2.3.25. This programme encompassed talks on diagnosis, management, ICU care and the latest updates in the management of children with asthma. This was followed by a hands-on workshop where the delegates had exposure to PFT, FOT and various inhalational devices used in asthma care. The programme was attended by over 50 pediatricians from around Trichy.
- Bavadharini is a prize Pt for us having lost 3 pregnancies due to uncontrolled diabetes she was a sweet cooperative Pt who overcame the challenges with her positive attitude , she took 120 units insulin 220 mcg of thyroxine monitored and controlled sugars well We are really happy o see her leave with her baby.
